My Professional Background and "Client-First" Philosophy

I began my professional career as Program Director for Europe and the Former Soviet Union in the International Services Department at the American Red Cross National Headquarters, Washington, D.C.  I earned a BA in History from Loyola University, New Orleans, LA and an MA in International Relations from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. 


A REALTORŪ since 2001, I have been a consistent Top Producer, enjoying repeat business and family referrals from nearly 75 percent of my clients. Well-versed in both residential and commercial properties, I also specialize in first-time buyers and investment properties. As a result of my international background and education, I feel I possess a heightened sensitivity to cultural preferences and sensitivities.


There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are qualities which I possess and utilize to serve my clients.  My professional philosophy focuses on demonstrating client care through active listening, education and initiative.  Honesty, Integrity and Expertise are the hallmarks of my real estate practice.
